群睿科技有限公司成立於1995年，早期經營單晶片設計及銷售之業務，服務客戶的領域為小家電產品、保全系統、汽機車防盜器、充電器及消費性電子產品。爾後鑒於通訊市場之蓬勃發展，於1998年著手投入人力來發展行動電話相關之產品。本公司所有產品均是由本公司自行研發生產，多項產品也申請獲得多國的專利證書。 目前主力產品為電池保護線路模組(PCM)、無線用戶迴路(WLL)、SIM卡管理機、來話轉接盒、經濟路由器等相關通訊產品技術研發與製造。
